Wendy-Anne grew up in Denver, Colorado. Her undergraduate was spent at Colorado State University where she majored in French with minors in History and English. She also obtained her Teaching Licensure for French K-12 from CSU and spent a semester student teaching at Poudre High School in the community. During her undergraduate she studied abroad in Paris where she direct enrolled into Cours de Civilisation de la Sorbonne, an experience that further reinforced her adoration of the French language and culture. After completing her bachelor's degree, she spent 8 months as an English assistant in Castres, France, through the Teaching Assistantship Program in France. Wendy-Anne spent two years as a GTA in the French department and is currently a GTA at INTO CSU where she is teaching English to international students. She is in her last year of the Joint M.A. Program with French and Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language. In the future, Wendy-Anne looks forward to traveling to new countries teaching English as a foreign language.
